Beware and Be Aware: Primary Complex Are Everywhere

Strolling around somewhere were fun is satisfied, that’s where most people go. Without being aware of the chances of getting virus around in which our naked eyes cannot see. We bring our children to places where others are also enjoying the same thing we wanted ourselves to relish at the same time. Virus that cause primary complex to our children are everywhere.

Malls, markets and groceries, churches and other places where most people go are much exposed to exchange bacteria and viruses from one person to another without giving them any harm at all.
We are aware of that but most don’t beware themselves with it. They might take it for granted for the reason of paranoia. But when viruses and other bacteria had gotten their bodies, that’s when they are conscious with the situation.

This year, my youngest daughter, 1 and a half year-old, had been attacked by the virus since March. For the previous year, she had cough and runny nose almost every month. The doctor had suspected a primary complex for the reason that she had an exposure with her father. The test is given: PPD and x-ray. Everything turned into positive.

Immediately, she started taking the three meds: Rifampicin, Isoniazid and Pyrazinamide. After two months, the three meds down into two: Rifampicin and Isoniazid.

Now, she’s going to end the burden of taking those meds last August 19, 2016. Glad for her but we should be more careful than before.

We, the parents should assure the safety of our children in our own home most especially when they are outside our home.

Let’s remind our children like:

  • ·         When someone is coughing abruptly, cover their mouth and nose with a towel or tissue.
  • ·         Let’s not take our children to places where most people go. That’s going to give a more chance of getting the virus without noticing.
  • ·         Eat and drink proper food and healthy ones. Make their immune system much harder to crash by them.
  • ·         Take vitamins and fruits.
  • ·         Exercise. Let our children play outside but with conscious to some danger.

Prevention is better than cure. That’s what experts say. Let’s not get into the situation that our children suffering from diseases and haven’t enjoyed their younger years. We, parents, should be more aware of it. Let’s protect our children.

We should be the one protecting our children but no matter we do it, no matter how we strive to do it, still there is some pass through our own shield. We cannot see those viruses that our children attacks, but we can protect them through giving them vitamins, healthy food, good drinks and our tender loving care.

As parents, how do you assure your children’s safety? Are you aware enough about primary complex?
